Bite-sized spheres of soft cream caramel with sea salt in milk chocolate.

The gourmet version of the classic flavor combination of caramel, chocolate, and sea salt from Læsø.

With English family traditions and a refined version of a secret recipe from 1894, we have been producing handmade caramels in Gudhjem and Rønne since 2004.

Our new boxes are plastic-free, made from FSC-certified materials – and the caramels are wrapped in compostable cellophane with an OK Compost Home certificate. Remember to sort your waste according to your local options.

Handmade and packed on Bornholm

Chocolate - minimum 35% cocoa solids (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, nat. vanilla flavouring), glucose syrup, condensed milk (milk, sugar), water, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel - rspo mass balance), icing sugar, glazing agent (gum arabic, shellac), pickling salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides), salt, flavouring. May contain traces of nuts.
