My favorite caramel is our "Classic Cream". It was our very first caramel variety. The taste often takes me back to the time I stood by my grandmother's side while she stirred love and effort into the warm caramel mass.

We are based on Bornholm – amidst the island’s raw beauty and close to the local ingredients that inspire us every day. Here you will find our two shops and production – in Rønne and Gudhjem. This is where the caramels are made and where we test, taste and refine them before they end up in the hands of our customers. Our shops on Bornholm are more than just a sales point – they are small universes of fragrant sugar, inspiration and personal service. Here you can meet us face to face, taste our latest products and have a chat with those who are involved in the production themselves.
Bornholm is part of our DNA – and we are proud to create jobs and sweet experiences from here.

Our head office in Copenhagen is home to the team that ties it all together – from webshop and customer service to marketing, product development and business development. Here we combine a passion for the handmade with a digital mindset, so we can send the taste of real caramels to the whole country.
