What is the shelf life of the products?
All our products have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production. The products must be stored dry and not too hot.
Can I have my order delivered?
Yes, we can ship your order to you, directly from the factory. Once your design is approved and the products are finished, we will ship the goods. For Danish addresses, delivery is 1-2 days from the time the products are shipped.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, we do. We send an invoice when we ship the order from our production on Bornholm.
Can I have home delivery for my employees?
As a new feature, we offer delivery directly to your employees' home addresses. Contact us to find out more about the options.
