The gourmet version of the classic flavor combination of caramel, chocolate, and sea salt from Læsø.

With English family traditions and a refined version of a secret recipe from 1894, we have been producing handmade caramels in Gudhjem and Rønne since 2004.

Our new boxes are plastic-free, made from FSC-certified materials – and the caramels are wrapped in compostable cellophane with an OK Compost Home certificate. Remember to sort your waste according to your local options.

Handmade and packed on Bornholm

Chocolate - minimum 33.6% cocoa solids (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), glucose syrup, condensed milk (milk, sugar), water, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel - RSPO mass balance), icing sugar, glazing agent (gum arabic, shellac), colouring (1%), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides), salt, flavouring. Milk solids 21.8%. May contain traces of peanuts.
