What is the shelf life of the caramels?
All our products last 12 months from production. They should be stored in a dry place and not exposed to excessive heat.
Can I have my order delivered?
Yes, we can ship your order to you, directly from the factory. Once your design is approved and the products are finished, we will ship the goods. For Danish addresses, delivery is 1-2 days from the time the products are shipped.
Can you deliver directly to our employees?
Yes. We can deliver to employees' home addresses if you have at least 50 employees. Contact us to learn more.
How long does it take to make logo candies?
Production time is approximately 3 weeks after the design has been approved.
Will we receive an invoice?
Yes. We send an invoice when the order is dispatched from our production facility on Bornholm.
